Talk on Negative index materials

On 7.11.2019 will Hoài-Minh Nguyên (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) give talk about Negative-index metamaterials. This talk is part of the Kolloquium Applied Mathematics and starts at 4:15pm in H13.

Turnpike in a Nutshell

On 17.10.2019, 10-12 am a workshop about Turnpike is organized. The control of ODEs and PDEs will be considered when the time horizon goes towards infinity. Prof. Zuazua, Prof. Gugat (both FAU), Dario Pighin (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and Manuel Schaller (University of Bayreuth) will give the talks.
