Verein zur Förderung der Mathematik in Erlangen (Association for the Development of Mathematics in Erlangen)

The Association for the Development of Mathematics in Erlangen (VFME) aims at intensifying the connection of Department of Mathematics with the general public through various activities and events. Most members of the association are alumni of the mathematics study programmes at FAU. A high priority task of VFME is the graduation ceremony at the Department of Mathematics. Broad cooperations with partners from industry, economy and schools are intended.

VFME is a non-profit association.
