Abstract: In recent years, nonlocal conservation laws have drawn a lot of attention for the capability of modelling traffic flow dynamics, supply chains, chemical ripening processes and more. However, question of controllability and long time behavior have rarely been addressed. This is why we present several recent results on controllability based on the underlying property of nonlocal conservation laws that weak solutions are pre se unique. We also discuss related open questions.
