Internship at the Department of Mathematics
The Department of Mathematics offers interested students the opportunity to take part in a student internship on two dates during the semester.
Our internships are suitable for students from the 9th grade onwards.
The dates are determined by the applications. Each application must include a date. After the application deadline and depending on the level of knowledge of the students, one to three participants will be selected for each of two dates.
The internship takes place from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – but no longer than 6 hours per day.
The interns can get a taste of different areas and work processes in the department. This includes, for example
- attending lectures or seminars
- getting to know administrative processes in the secretariats and service areas
- and in our IT department.

The application period for the summer semester runs from 01 to 31 January, and from 01 to 31 August for the winter semester.
