Advice and Services

The Department of Mathematics offers various advisory and support services for prospective and current students.

On the subpages under the heading Advice and Services you will find competent contact persons for all your questions about studying at the Department of Mathematics. In particular, you can obtain information about studying at the Department of Mathematics at the Department’s Student Service Centre and, if desired or necessary, ask for further contact persons for your specific concerns. If you have any subject-specific questions regarding study content, GOP, elective modules, etc., our study advisors are at your disposal. Teacher training students can also contact the Centre for Teacher Training (ZfL), which offers consultation hours in the department building, if they have general questions about their studies. And, of course, there is also the Student Council Initiative for Mathematics/Physics, where students can get advice from students.
